Cancellation and Refund Policy

Savvy is committed to providing a high level of customer service, but we recognise that you may occasionally need to cancel an order or obtain a refund. This policy explains how to go about cancelling an order or obtaining a refund for faulty goods received.

1. Cancellations


Subscriptions to packages can be cancelled at any time.

Simply login and unsubscribe.

Savvy will then send you an email confirming your subscription has been cancelled by the end of the following working day. Any payments due in the next 2 working days will still be taken, but all following payments will then be cancelled.

Card orders

Your order of bespoke loyalty cards can be cancelled at any time before dispatch.

Simply email enquiries@savvy-loyalty.co.uk providing your name, your business name, a short description of the order and confirm you would like it cancelled.

Any monies received will be returned within the next 2 weeks, minus a cancellation fee of £20.

Please note that items are normally dispatched within one week of order and a cancellation cannot be accepted once the items have been dispatched.

2. Refunds

If any goods you order through the Savvy web site are found to be faulty, a full refund will be provided.

Simply email enquiries@savvy-loyalty.co.uk, providing your name, business name, a short description of the product received and the issue you have with it, along with confirmation you would like a refund.

You would then return the faulty goods to our customer services address. If they are clearly faulty, a full refund will be provided within 2 weeks of receipt.

If they do not appear faulty, we will contact you, to agree a fair resolution.

If we decide to change our Cancellation and Refund Policy, we will post those changes on this page.
